Of course. You can view the movie's age limit and trailer on our website, but it’s up to you whether or not to take a child to the film. On their own kids will not be able to attend a film that is not suitable for age.

Children up to 5 years old admission is free, without providing a separate place.

Bringing your own drinks into the venue is prohibited. Exceptions are made for special diets, food or drinks for children, or for people with medical needs.

We just love pets but winter season is located inside the building so we can’t let them in.

You can reschedule your ticket up to 2 hours before the screening by contacting us at info@sunsetcinema.cz.
If you would like to return your ticket, please note:
Only guests who purchased a ticket with insurance during checkout are eligible for a refund.
Refunds are processed by the insurance provider and may take up to 30 business days.
If you did not purchase insurance, we can only offer rescheduling to another screening, no later than 2 hours before the original start time.

Things found at the location after the session are given to the administrator. If you have lost something just contact us via the cinema number.

The entrance to the screening hall is via stairs, so before the show, our staff will guide you through an alternative entrance directly to the cinema hall.
If you’d like to transfer from your wheelchair to a beanbag, feel free to choose any seat in the hall.
If you prefer to stay in your wheelchair, please select seat number 10 in any row — this seat can be removed to provide comfortable space for your wheelchair.
