Taste Story is a long immersive dining & cinema experience, so we kindly ask you to consider whether your child will feel comfortable for the full duration — and whether they might disturb other guests’ enjoyment.

Our policy for guests under 18:

Children under 5 years old are not permitted

Children aged 5+ must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Anyone under 18 can only attend films according to the official age rating

Guests under 18 cannot drink alcohol — please select “No alcohol” when purchasing the ticket

Guests aged 16–17 may attend without an adult, but “No alcohol” must be selected at purchase

We recommend arriving 1 hour before the screening for check-in and seating. The pre-show programme starts 30 minutes before the film, so please don’t be late — we want you to enjoy the full experience from the beginning.

The film begins 1 hour after doors open, and the experience finishes once the film ends.

Yes! We offer alcohol-free versions of our cocktails and drinks.

Unfortunately not — our menus are set, so we don’t allow guests to swap items between menu options.

We’re not able to swap individual courses. The menu is fixed to keep the experience smooth and perfectly timed with the film.

As Taste Story is a set menu experience, we’re not able to offer alternative dishes outside the menu.
We recommend checking our other experiences — you may find one with a menu that better suits your taste.

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds unless an event is cancelled or postponed.

We completely understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, we’re not able to take responsibility for missed attendance due to personal reasons, travel issues, or last-minute changes in plans.

Please note: due to the nature of our immersive dining experience, we are usually unable to reschedule or change tickets on the day of the event.

Yes. Guests who require a carer/support person may bring one carer free of charge.

Please note: the complimentary carer ticket covers entry only and does not include the food or drinks included in a standard ticket.
If the carer would like to receive the full catering experience, a regular ticket must be purchased.

We screen films either in Czech, or in the original language with subtitles (depending on the event).

However, events take place indoors, so unfortunately pets are not allowed inside the venue.
