The cinema usually opens 30 minutes before the first screening scheduled for that day. We’ll be happy to welcome you then!

Of course. You can view the movie's age limit and trailer on our website, but it’s up to you whether or not to take a child to the film. On their own kids will not be able to attend a film that is not suitable for age.

Things found at the location after the session are given to the cinema worker. If you have lost something just contact us via the cinema number.
Yes, screenings go ahead even in case of rain — unless you receive an SMS notification from us saying otherwise, you can count on it happening.
If it starts raining, you’re welcome to move to one of the covered areas and continue enjoying the film.
And if you decide to leave at any point during the screening, that’s okay too — just speak to our staff or contact customer service, and we’ll happily give you a free replacement ticket for any other screening until the end of the season.
Screenings may only be cancelled in exceptional cases of extreme weather (e.g. strong winds or lightning) where continuing would not be safe.

Yes! You can park for free right at the Shopping Mall parking.
Parking will be free for Sunset Cinema guests — all you need to do is collect a ticket from the cinema staff.

We do not offer refunds, but you can reschedule your ticket up to 2 hours before the screening by contacting us at info@sunsetcinema.cz.

Don't worry! We screen movies even when it rains — the cinema is covered, so you won’t get wet.
But if the weather doesn’t feel right for you, we’ll happily exchange your ticket anytime, even after the screening has started.

Smoking cigarettes is forbidden on the entire rooftop, but you can order hookah or smoke electronic cigarettes in the last rows of the cinema or on our Sunset Terrace
